Which QBs will be the top QBs in 2019?

BINGO TICKETS: Head coach Hue Jackson will have a full roster for the Browns’ game against the Patriots.
The team has five quarterbacks under contract and only three of them are under contract for the whole season.
In 2019, the Browns will have three quarterbacks under the contract of at least $8 million.
We don’t know yet which quarterbacks will be on the roster.
The Browns are set to make three roster moves in free agency.
They have a trade exception, a roster bonus, and a draft pick in this year’s draft.
They will have to find a quarterback to fill a position on their roster.
Here’s a breakdown of the quarterback moves and their chances to happen in 2019.
Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have a big need at quarterback.
The Dolphins were already without Ryan Tannehill in 2018 and 2019.
Tanneill is expected to return for the playoffs this season.
The offense in Miami has struggled.
Ryan Tanneshill was supposed to bring a big game to the Dolphins in 2018.
This season, the Dolphins have lost two straight games.
Tanneshill has played just two games.
He threw three interceptions last week.
This is an important game for the Dolphins because they must win to keep the playoff hopes alive.
The biggest difference between the Dolphins offense and the offense in the NFC South last season was the amount of passing that Tanneililh did in the red zone.
This year, Tannehilh will be much more of a threat in the passing game.
It’s hard to see Tanneiling as a starter in the Dolphins’ offense in 2019 because the offense needs to get a lot more production from its receivers and running backs.
They can’t rely on Tanneilling as the starting quarterback.
Miami will have two quarterbacks under contracts for the entire season.
They are signed through 2021.
This will be a big opportunity for the Miami Dolphins to find the right quarterback to start for the rest of the season.
Philadelphia Eagles: This is a huge move for the Eagles.
The Eagles have some serious needs at quarterback, especially at wide receiver.
They need to upgrade at receiver.
This isn’t a move that the Eagles have made all season.
This could be a move the Eagles make to upgrade their quarterback situation.
They could try to trade Carson Wentz, or they could use the trade exception to bring back Nick Foles.
If they trade Wentz to the Eagles, Wentz would likely be a first-round pick.
They would have to give up a first round pick to the Bears, who have a first, second, and third round pick in 2019 in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
If Wentz was to go to the Cowboys or Bengals, it would not be a huge surprise if Wentz goes to the Browns.
If the Eagles move Wentz back to Philadelphia, they would have the right to move WentZ at any point this season, regardless of how Wentz performs.
Arizona Cardinals: The Cardinals will not have a lot of salary cap room.
They also have two big needs in tight end and cornerback.
Both tight ends and cornerbacks need help on offense.
Both the Cardinals and the Titans need help in the secondary.
This would be a great move for Arizona if they want to go after a quarterback this year.
They won’t have much cap space to make a big move.
They still have a few million dollars left in cap space, and they could sign one or two players to help fill a quarterback position.
New York Jets: The Jets are going to be big in free agent signings this offseason.
They already signed tight end David Ausberry to a one-year deal.
They signed safety Malik Hooker to a two-year contract.
They traded a 2017 second round pick and two picks in the 2019 NFL Draft to the Lions.
They drafted running back Isaiah Crowell in the first round and cornerback Marshon Lattimore in the second round.
They got a lot out of the third-round selection in 2018 by trading for wide receiver Brandin Cooks in the draft.
It was a big win for the Jets this offseason, but they will not be able to sign a big-name free agent to a long-term deal until the draft or after the 2020 NFL season.
Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jaguars are going for it with their big free agent signing this offseason: running back Leonard Fournette.
Fournett is coming off a breakout season, averaging 4.3 yards per carry, which is good for second in the NFL behind Adrian Peterson.
He is also the only running back in the entire NFL to rush for 1,000 yards and rush for 100 touchdowns in his career.
He has played in two playoff games.
This signing is a sign that the Jaguars are committed to getting better at running the football.
Buffalo Bills: The Bills are set at quarterback in 2019, but
